'The Intro' The Bonzo Dog Band (Part I Of 'Cornology') EMI Records 7 99596 (1992) This CD was part of the 'Cornology' 3-CD box set released by EMI in 1992
Despite what snotty-faced man at EMI said, they did re-release the first 4 Bonzo records in mini-cardboard covers recently
This box set corrects these errors (although their fourth lp 'Keynsham' is not duplicated as a fold-out.) If you simply must have it, it sells for around $50 (if you can still find it.) The above CD's have been botched up by the bozos mastering for 'Old Auntie EMI-The Greatest Recording Disorganization In the World.' (Roy Harper.) I'm not sure if the 'One Way' releases are correct or not

With the exception of 's post-production on Let It Be , every Beatles recording-from the first single ('Love Me Do') to the last album ( Abbey Road )-was produced by Martin
He also gave them their first recording contract, signing the fledgling foursome (with Pete Best still on drums) after an audition at Abbey Road studio on June 6th, 1962, at manager Brian Epstein's request
' recorded output, by the group members' own admission, owes much to Martin's input as producer, arranger and musician
Prior to his association with , Martin produced classical, jazz, pop and humor recordings for the EMI label group
In addition to overseeing ' recordings, Martin produced other Merseybeat acts, including Gerry and the Pacemakers, Billy J
He contributed soundtrack music to A Hard Day's Night and Help , and recorded instrumental albums of Beatles tunes-including Off the Beatle Track (which reached #111 in the U.S.) and The Beatle Girls -with the George Martin Orchestra
