Makes six- to seven-dozen cookies
Whipped Cream 8 'Thin Mint' Cookies (chopped) 1/2 cup Dried Cherries or Cranberries 8 oz
Mix together the fruit, cream and cookies
1 ST Layer: ½ cup plain flour 1 stick margarine (melted) 1 box Samoa cookies (cut into pieces) Mix together
Place the chocolate side of the cookie towards the side facing the cream cheese filling
Cover with another layer of cookies
Remove pan from freezer and transfer everything (including foil) to a cookie sheet
vanilla 2 boxes Tagalong cookies 2 ½ cups whipping cream 2 tbsp
CRUST: Finely grind 1-½ boxes of Tagalong cookies
Gently pat down cookie mixture to form bottom crust of parfait
Garnish with remaining cookies that have been coarsely chopped and shaved chocolate
butter 3 cups Thin Mint cookies crushed into crumbs ½ cup nuts (chopped) Mix together milk, marshmallows, chocolate chips, sugar and salt in microwaveable bowl
Break Thin Mint cookies into crumbs and add to mixture
of Trefoil cookies (reserve 10 whole cookies – break the rest into small pieces) Bake cake according to directions

MOCHA WALNUT CHRISTMAS COOKIES 12 oz
Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
Allow to stand 2-3 minutes before removing from cookie sheets; cool completely

Crumble sandwich cookies in small batches in food processor, scraping often
Toss with half the remaining cookie crumbs and chilled pudding
Sprinkle the other half of cookie crumbs over top
Scrape them on top of the cake and sprinkle with cookie crumbs
Spread remaining tootsie rolls over top; take one and heat until pliable, hang over side of litter box, sprinkle with cookie crumbs
